How much is the application fee?
Answer: $30.00 per adult, all adults must be on lease
How much is the security deposit?
Answer: Deposits are $350 for 1x1, $400 for 2x1-2x2, and $450 for 3x2. An additional security deposit of $500 is required for pets.
What utilities are residents responsible for?
Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities except garbage. PG&E - gas, City of Roseville - electric, Comcast- cable television and high speed internet, Ygnition - high-speed internet (we are on a T1 system), Surewest - phone service and DSL, American Utility Management - water and sewer, all apartments are individually metered and pay for their own usage.
Are we pet friendly?
Answer: YES! Residents are allowed two pets per apartment home with an additional security deposit of $500.00. Deer Valley does have a canine breed restriction list, but does not have a pound limit. Veterinarian canine breed verification required. Please see the Pet Policy link for accepted breeds.
Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
Answer: All apartment homes come with one assigned carport. All uncovered parking is for extra cars and guests.
Do we offer short term leases?
Answer: Deer Valley offers short term leases from 1-4 months for a $175 per month premium.
Does the leasing office accept packages for residents?
Answer: Yes!
Where do residents walk their dogs?
Answer: Residents may walk their pets throughout the community. There are 3 doggie stations located by buildings 14, 22, and 38. The city of Roseville prohibits dogs from entering all city parks except Roseville Doggy Park located on Sierra Gardens drive.
Does Deer Valley offer garages?
Answer: YES! We have 14x22 single car garages that are available for vehicles and storage for a monthly charge of $150. All garages are leased on a month to month basis giving our resident flexibility without additional fees.
What is the school district for Deer Valley residents?
Answer: We are located in the accredited Eureka School District. Kindergarten thru 3rd is Maidu Elementary, 4th - 8th is Excelsior, 7th-8th is Olympus, and 9th-12th is Granite Bay High. School busses do pick up in front of property for all schools with the exception of Granite Bay High (within 2 miles of Deer Valley).
How close are you to Folsom Lake?
Answer: We are 7 miles from the beautiful Folsom lake.
